Central Library

The Central Library of Purnea College of Engineering (PCE), Purnea is an important academic resource center of the institute, providing students, faculty members, and staff with access to a wide range of learning and reference materials. The library supports the academic, teaching, learning, research, and professional development activities of the institute.
The library has a well-organized collection of 12,175 books covering 1,761 titles, including textbooks, reference books, competitive examination books, and other academic resources covering various branches of engineering, science, humanities, and related disciplines. The collection is maintained and updated to meet the academic and learning requirements of students and faculty members.
The Central Library provides a fully air-conditioned, peaceful, and conducive reading environment where students can study, prepare for examinations, complete assignments, undertake project work, and refer to academic materials. The library is equipped with adequate seating facilities to support comfortable individual study and learning.
The library also provides access to digital and online learning resources through various digital knowledge platforms and online library services, enabling students and faculty members to discover and access e-books, e-journals, research publications, online databases, scholarly literature, and other academic resources. Internet and Wi-Fi facilities further support digital learning and provide convenient access to a wide range of online educational and research resources.
